Madrid hosts a cultural and educational event marking the World Day of the Turkic Family

A cultural and educational event dedicated to the World Day of the Turkic Language Family was held in Madrid, with the participation of members of the diplomatic corps accredited in Spain, representatives of the cultural and educational sectors, as well as members of the diaspora of Turkic states, Dunyo News Agency reports.
The main objective of the event was to familiarize participants with the Uzbek, Turkish, and Azerbaijani languages, literature, and culture, as well as to demonstrate the closeness of Turkic-speaking peoples and the bonds of friendship and brotherhood among them.
As part of the program, thematic presentations were delivered highlighting the role of Turkic languages in world civilization, in particular the history of the formation and development of the Uzbek, Turkish, and Azerbaijani languages, along with their shared and distinctive features.
In addition, an interactive program was organized to identify common proverbs and expressions in oral folk traditions, allowing guests to explore the rich spiritual heritage of the Turkic countries.
At the conclusion of the event, guests enjoyed traditional Uzbek, Turkish, and Azerbaijani national dishes. The cultural and educational evening was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere and left very positive impressions on all participants.
