Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Holds Series of Bilateral Meetings in New York and Participates in High-Level Events

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, held a series of productive bilateral meetings in New York and participated in high-level international events, reports a correspondent of the Dunyo Information Agency.
“We had a very productive week, full of meetings and exchanges of views with colleagues,” the Uzbek Foreign Minister wrote on his Telegram channel. “We held sincere talks with the Foreign Ministers of Egypt, H.E. Badro Abdelati; Mongolia, H.E. Batmunkh Battsereg; the Kingdom of Bahrain, H.E. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani; Serbia, H.E. Marko Djuric; and others. We discussed important issues on our bilateral and multilateral agenda.”
In addition, the Uzbek MFA delegation participated in several high-level events, including:

Open debates of the UN Security Council on artificial intelligence and international peace and security;

The annual coordination meeting of OIC Foreign Ministers;

The high-level international conference on the repatriation of individuals from the Al-Hol camp, neighboring camps, and detention facilities.
