A solemn meeting of Azerbaijan’s President

On June 21, the official welcoming ceremony of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, who arrived in Uzbekistan on a state visit, took place at Kuksaroy Residence.

A guard of honor was lined up in honor of the President of Azerbaijan on the square decorated with the national flags of the two countries.

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev welcomed the distinguished guest. 

The heads of the two states took the podium. National anthems of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan were played. 

The leaders of the two countries greeted the guard of honor.

The ceremony was attended by members of the official delegations of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
