The First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Met with the Foreign Minister of Andorra in Samarkand

On 3 November, a meeting took place between the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bahromjon Aloev, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Andorra, Imma Tor Faus.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the negotiations covered issues related to the development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Andorra in political, trade and economic, tourism, environmental, and innovation sectors.

The Minister particularly noted that the 43rd UNESCO General Conference was organized at a high level in the city of Samarkand, emphasizing that this is the result of the wise policy of the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, in the fields of cultural dialogue, science, and education.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to further expand trusting and friendly relations between the two states.
